****NEW POLICY CHANGES*** if you cannot pick up your puppy within ONE WEEK of reserving and/or go home time, you will be charged a boarding fee. My life is just as important as anyone else’s and we have been putting our family plans on hold to accommodate others——NO MORE. The fee will be $20 per night past go home/reservation***** so if you cannot pickup, or don’t mind paying boarding, please do not inquire. (This means if the puppy is currently ready to leave, I will only hold it an additional 1 week at no charge)

ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY LEAVE THIS PROPERTY. No exceptions. If you cannot pick up on the go home weekend, you MUST pay in FULL for the puppy.

Recommendations for a new puppy:

Puppy’s get sent home with: puppy food, meal mixers, scent blanket, canned wet food (if needed), all records of wormings and shots, “Guidelines sheet”

Prices vary litter to litter. There are many factors we take into consideration when raising  a litter of puppies.

$200 Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. There are ABSOLUTELY NO holds any longer without deposits. 

CASH is the only accepted payment on pickup day unless other arrangements have been made between us

Deposits AND Payment MUST be sent through correctly! This means NOT as “goods and services.” Must be “friends and family.” There are no animal sales on PayPal and Venmo so they MUST BE sent through correctly. 

flight nanny can be arranged ($575-$700 generally) to your closest international airport where you meet the nanny there at the airport. The Flight team is in cabin. They fly like a normal passenger. They fly standby so please be flexible if something changes. We aim to book for Saturdays and/or Sunday, as it’s a drive up to our closest airport.
